Prevent Unnecessary Damage!
To ensure fast and worry-free snow removal, please help us protect your property:
Make sure all water valve caps (sometimes called curb stops or V-caps) are fully flush with your driveway or clearly marked. Raised or loose caps can be damaged by snow removal equipment and are the homeowner’s responsibility.
Remove or securely mark any vulnerable features, such as gutters, downspouts, or decorative edging along driveways and walkways.
Double-check that interlock pavers are secure along all edges.
Clearly mark the boundaries of your property and any hidden objects—especially in heavy snow zones.
